To view CAD files of the DWG type, you normally need AutoCAD installed in your PC. But now you can view them thanks to a specific viewer that's much cheaper and easier to use, and it also includes numerous extra functions. It is called DwgSee.

DwgSee is a CAD file viewer that's compatible with DWG and many other formats. In addition to viewing them, you can also browse through CAD directories, convert the format (even to PDF) and print out the files. The program allows diverse browsing and viewing modes, adds marks and layers, measures specific areas of a CAD file, etc.
